The burning of trash outside of Camp Lemonier continues to be a source of contention that affects the air quality of our U.S. personnel. The pictures speak for themselves as one only has to look at the smoke arising from the dump blowing over the Camp. While this practice is apparently banned in Djibouti, it continues to occur most every evening.
