This was only my second opportunity to visit the Boys Orphanage. They gave me a tour of the facility with its broken beds, scant furniture, and a bathroom without running water. 25 boys have to share a hose running through an outside window to shower with each day. But even living in these conditions, they always have a smile on their face when we visit.
