Thanksgiving at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti
























Following a Thanksgiving Day Parade, Camp Lemonnier had a delicious Thanksgiving Dinner with a room lined with Ginger Bread Houses.  The Thanksgiving menu consisted of:

Steamship Round / Roasted Turkey
Smoked Ham w/ Pineapples & Cherries
Grilled Salmon Steaks / Shrimp Cocktail
Alaskan King Crab Leg
Savory Cornbread Dressing
Brown Gravy / Turkey Gravy
Giblet Gravy / Au Jus
Baked Macaroni & Cheese / Sweet Potatoes Casserole / Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Seasoned Collard Greens w/ Ham Hocks
Corn on the Cob / Broccoli Cheese Casserole / Green Bean Casserole / Southern Style Black-Eyed Peas
Salad Bar / Assorted Dinner Rolls / Assorted Canapes / Deviled Eggs

Assorted Beverages / Egg Nog
White & Red Sparkling Beverages

Assorted Candies / Assorted Pastries / Assorted Cakes/ Sweet Potato Pies / Apple Pie / Pecan Pie / Pumpkin Pie / Decorated Cakes / Chocolate Dipped Strawberries / Assorted Fancy Pastries / Chocolate Mousse Cup
